Strong work by PGY1 resident, Dr. Njai for being a recipient of the 2024 AAOS IDEA grant! Last year, Bridging the Gaps outreach day was a huge success. This year's events will be even better! We cannot wait to see the number of people that will be impacted.

We are helping to close these cultural gaps in conjunction with nursing and medical students who donate their time and skills. One time, a boy had fluid in his eye and needed to go to the ER. With this intervention, his eyesight was saved. We'll be doing even more in 2024!
