Great talk by Dr. Sachen! Inflammatory macrophages coexpressing IL-23 and FCGR1A are elevated in #IBD tissue. Interestingly, Guselkumab (unlike Risankizumab/Mirikizumab) may enhance the potency of neutralizing IL-23 signaling by binding to FCGR1A+ IL-23–producing myeloid cells.
