Plans have been made to transform a former livery stable built in the early 1900s into a vibey, eco-conscious boutique hotel. Construction has yet to begin but it has already been named Project of the Year in the Unbuilt Category at the 2023 Interior Design Excellence Awards!

Yesterday, we celebrated a 23% increase in company share value. We held a #teamkoko Stock Reveal Lunch to celebrate this accomplishment. Every employee received a scratch off raffle ticket, and the lucky winners revealed the stock price and received a cash prize! #esop
