Great list of recommendations for surviving AI society change. While it somehow hides in the list, I would add this more explicitly: transform to AI-first thinking. If something can be done with AI, it should. always consider that option.

Vertical tabs are finally in Chrome (Beta v.145 +). go to: chrome://flags/ Enable "#vertical-tabs" Relaunch Chrome Right click on top tab-bar and choose “Move Tabs To The Side”. This means Goodbye to Comet. Vertical tabs + Claude for Chrome is 100% of what I need in a browser.

33,000 tech layoffs in Jan-Feb (up 51% YoY). Just a week ago, Block cut 4,000 people, half the company, and blamed AI. The way I see it, at least for now, AI is becoming managers' favorite excuse for shrinking teams while still calling it innovation.

Anthropic says AI already covers ~75% of programmers tasks. Yet their jobs index shows unemployment still isn’t rising faster in the most exposed roles. Replacement may be lagging, but entry-level hiring is already dropping.
