Declining coverage about overturning #RoevWade, and by extension social media reactions, holds implications for other social issues that may be heard before #SCOTUS.

Sexuality Research and Social Policy (2/4) People were generally unaware of the Mississippi law, the #Dobbs v. Jackson case, and implications associated with the decision (e.g. overturning #RoevWade). People generally endorsed #Abortion being legal at 15 weeks or later, but this varied by circumstance.

Sexuality Research and Social Policy (3/4) While nearly half of one sample (42.2%) completed the survey prior to the #Dobbs decision announcement, we did not find meaningful effects of the decision announcement on people’s knowledge and attitudes.
