NU Knight Lab FT Strategies (with support from Google News Initiative) launched Next-Gen-News.com, ethnographic interviews with young consumers across the US, Nigeria and India. We identified emergent behaviors, modes of consumption and what these users see as an ideal experience.

To help make the work more actionable, we built a design toolkit (bit.ly/NGNToolkit) so small newsrooms or small teams in large organizations can ideate ways to make tangible improvements to the stories/products they make and the platforms they publish on.
