Fantastic opportunity to join our friendly team at #Uni_of_Essex and to work on a European Project (#YUFERING) - towards a socially responsible, connected European Research and Innovation landscape across our YUFE - Young Universities for the Future of Europe Universities.
We have an open short term position for an experienced #postdoc with #zebrafish experience to work on a project investigating #regeneration in the Knight group at King's College London. Get in touch if interested.
Joint with #MOSAICgroup1 Center for Systems Biology Dresden we are looking for an ambitious postdoc candidate with coding, microscopy and cell biology skills to apply for a Marie Curie EU fellowship between King's College London and TU Dresden Center for Systems Biology Dresden on stem cell regulation during regeneration
#postdoc sought for blue-sky project to identify #ageing factors affecting muscle stem cell function in #zebrafish in collaboration with Ivo Sbalzarini and Ann Babtie Imperial College London. Cutting edge in vivo imaging, single cell seq and computational modelling: jobs.kcl.ac.uk/gb/en/job/0277…
Next up in our #MeetCCRB series: Knight group aims to identify factors regulating muscle regeneration that can be targeted to promote strength in ageing and disease. Using advanced imaging in zebrafish and mouse models they combine in vivo cell biology with molecular genetics.
Robert Knight likes using cutting edge imaging tools to understand how cells can regenerate and keep us healthy with Ageing Research KCL. He proactively supports early career researchers working with King's CRSD and Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research. When not working he is hiking, gardening or reading about evolution.
At Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research fellows meeting hearing about cutting edge UK #science with Leena Williams and Alice Pollard
Yue(Julie) Yuan is a postdoc in the Knight group. Using zebrafish as a model, her work involves looking into why muscle regeneration is disturbed in ageing populations. Outside the lab, she enjoys travelling, delicious food, swimming and all things cat related! #MeetCCRB
Looking for motivated and enthusiastic students for 4 yr #PhD at NU Knight Lab & Chen lab to investigate #ageing and tissue #regeneration in #zebrafish using imaging and spatial transcriptomics King's College London and A*STAR Research: findaphd.com/phds/program/j… Contact us to find out more
Fantastic day highlighting #Artificial_Intelligence in #microscopy and imaging King's College London on Wed with Mads S Bergholt and Andy King through King's Institute for Artificial Intelligence: kcl.ac.uk/events/applyin… Thanks to guest speaker Ivo Sbalzarini MOSAIC Group all speakers and attendees for great discussions.
Exciting PhD project opportunity - don't miss the deadline 10th Feb for #Zebrafish project in #regeneration and Spatial Transcriptomics Zebrafish Rock!
Looking for a postdoc to work on exciting ageing muscle regeneration project funded by @DunhillMedical with Steve Harridge and @knightgroup1 at King's College London. Details here kcl.ac.uk/jobs/093608-po…
