Last night was 🔥 I was surprised kasi small towel night pala sa Kisetsu Spa kagabi. As someone na hindi naman confident with his body, na anxious talaga ako. Pero when I felt like it’s not really an issue whether average ka man, twink, toned, or chub, I calmed myself naman. 🫶🏼

Massage, I tried Natsu last night. It’s combi massage + cupping/ventosa. As usual, I picked my go-to therapist, James/jim kasi he knows how to work with my body and my injury. He’s very consistent in terms of pressure and routine. Super relaxing and tanggal pagod talaga! 💪🏼💪🏼

My key takeaway, you just have to be confident and just swing it. Haha Last night, I think I get to be 1% more confident with my body. Hehe But more than that, I really get to relax. Happy ako sa experience ko with Kisetsu so far. They listen to their customers’ comments. 🫶🏼🫶🏼
