Hello, #Guelph! The Guelph Access Library is a new project by DEEP (Disability Education Empowerment & Pride). We are collecting mobility aids and other accessibility aids to create a free library to make accessibility accessible to more people.

i'm not even immunocompromised, but i am high risk for complications, especially long-covid, due to my disabilities. being left behind by our own community hurts even more than being left behind by everyone else.

The snow removal accessibility issue needs to be prioritized. It’s ridiculous to expect people with mobility issues to stay indoors due to inadequate sidewalk clearing. Down to the pavement, the full width of the sidewalk, every snowfall. Anything less just isn’t good enough.
