Probably his last project in Valenzuela before taking the helm as DSWD chief. We thought this was a pipe dream at first. But the endless meetings, site visits and community engagements made this a reality. Truly, a project for the people.

The demand for great walkable neighborhoods far outpaces the supply. It’s climate agnostic, age agnostic and income level agnostic. While not for everyone we need to greatly increase the supply of great walkable neighborhoods in North America.

Day well spent with our friends from Angat Kabataan Valenzuela. Museum Tour, history trail at Polo Park & San Diego de Alcala Church, and a sunset promenade in Polo Riverwalk.

Took my parents to Polo Riverwalk for a jog. Of course, I didn't tell my mom that I was part of the project team. 10/10 ang verdict niya, so I treated her to dinner. My dad told me later on that mom knew all along. Hahaha
