friends who tell you the truth are so important. we may not always like the truth but it’s necessary for self-awareness purposes & realistic growth. sometimes the people that are closest to us, have insight into things we may not immediately recognize but absolutely need to hear.

No longer give your energy to meaningless friendships, dead end relationships, forced interactions, or unnecessary conversations.

Whatever you tolerate, normalize, or accept will continue. Stop tolerating disrespect and start enforcing your boundaries. Stop normalizing walking on eggshells and start walking away. Stop accepting the bare minimum and start raising the bar on who has access to your energy.
