3/ We found that these patients, genetically deficient in PD-1 signaling, had reduced memory B cells and less affinity-matured antibody repertoire. This phenotype is consistent with the seminal report by Kim Good-Jacobson et al. 14y ago (nature.com/articles/ni.18…).
