I’ve been beating myself up for years about my technique. Changing action, strike points, balls, tees etc. I have been getting on well with this tee for a few weeks, today I matched it with my old 1995-2003 action as I always tee’d the ball up on sand. I think this way works...

Not far off a mirror image. Tommo’s arms give him balance but aren’t exaggerated as are Dan Carter’s. Tommo’s follow-through leg is also not exaggerated as he chases the ball through to the to target to generate more momentum. Lovely stuff

Good to work with Scott from Stow-on-the-Wold RFC. Straightened up his kick by adjusting this set up, slowing his process down and adjusting where the strike point is on his foot. Good to work together!
