Another one of the grubby utility boxes I painted here in Aldridge yesterday. It's dried a bit darker, these old cast iron boxes are often defunct, am new one is next to it. They get left an eyesore. Well worth doing, we don't have to live in grubby streets looking forgotten!

A good haul at low tide 😍 an amazing mixture of tiny bottles, vulcanite bottle stoppers, metal lids & a range of marked bottles from companies across Edinburgh, Oban & Perth. My favourites include an amber glass jar of Pond's cream, & a clear glass jar marked stomach powder🫙
