If you are going to learn enucleation and are able to use a proctor should you: 1) go observe first to make sure you are going to commit to the process or 2) identify appropriate cases first and then go observe and have proctor return soon after to start Maybe no right answer?

Endo folks- how do you treat large Bladder stones in male (>2 cm) with an existing SP tube? Do you put a neph scope and lithotriptor through SP tract? Need a sheath? Do you use a balloon or concern with stretching SP site? Mini /clear Petra? Other ideas? Thanks!
