Right To Life UK Mary Ford Neal Baroness Stroud is of course correct when she says that the prosecutions cited by Tonia Antoniazzi MP—Foster and Packer—would not have happened had there been in-person consultations before prescribing the abortion pills. In-person is the right answer, decriminalisation is not.
