Hey guys. I know things are really hard right now, god knows I went through the ringer last night. Please, don’t forget about the small things that bring you joy. Coffee with friends, going on walks, volunteering, whatever it is that makes you happy, do it. You still have you.

You still have your family. You still have your friends. You still have your work. You still have your passions. You still have your diversions. You still have the capacity to feel joy, and the means of doing so. You still have your mind, which is and will always be yours alone.

I think a detox would do everyone some good. I’m gonna delete this for a few days. I’ll be back, probably, I just need some time to decompress.
