One unfortunate consequence of all the recent horse play in the Flathead Valley — multiple confirmed cases of horse herpes. Several horses have already been euthanized as MT Dept. of Livestock urges horse owners to limit travel and event coordinators to cancel #mtnews

We're planning to open back up tomorrow with some limited, lower mountain terrain. At the very least, we plan to have Chairs 3, 6, 9, 10 and the surface lifts open, with a chance of Chair 2 as temps improve. Expect some delays as cold temps can affect lift openings. Thanks
