The Neonatal Care (Leave and Pay) Bill passed its 3rd reading today. Royal Assent is next. We need the government to speed up implementation-April 2025 is too far away. Parents who have babies in neonatal care need the additional 12 weeks paid leave now. #neonatalleaveandpaybill
