warmle players! there's now up to 2 daily bonus puzzles that you unlock if you solve the daily. they get progressively harder. the Super Warmle only gives you yellows within a distance 2 rather than 3, and the Super Warmle PLUS only within distance 1

i love it when people send me email to tell me they play xordle every day with their kids or other family, or when a teacher says they play with their students in the mornings. feels wonderful to be a part of something people use to connect with each other

experimental hard mode added to xordle's settings -- the "starting" clue isn't given right away but revealed one letter at a time as you make guesses

puzzle 350 / march 16 puzzle for xordle was initially using a target word that was not in the word list, so you couldn't solve it. i added a link to the page to reset the puzzle for that day so you can do a working puzzle instead if you already started.
