1st day at the swimming gala, and couldn’t more be prouder of this one. Three Speeding medals for 200 breaststroke, 50 Breaststroke, 50 backstroke, Gold for 200 IM. 4th in 100 free, missing out on another medal by 1 second, but had a PB. Amazing day, @CardiffSwimClub
