As previously agreed upon, I resigned from the City Council last night to let the newly elected get started. It made me sad, even a little down. But then I went for a walk. And counted my blessings. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve - love the City of Plymouth, MN staff!

Long walk in MN yesterday. Aggressively slipped on ice many times but caught myself. Flew to AZ last night before the storm. Went for a desert run this morning and half mile in, slipped on mud and fell flat on my face in a mud puddle. Finished with a bloody lip. Still a good day

I’ve been hoping for some Super Bowl tickets to float my way. Hasn’t happened *yet, but managed to snag a great spot at the 16th hole of the Waste Management Open. Willing to trade 3 more days of golf spectating…😂🌵🏈🏈🏈

I dispelled 3 myths today. (1) It’s too cool for 🐍 to be out; (2) Stay on the trail and they’ll leave you alone; (3) It’s impossible to jump over a 🐍 when it’s lunging at you. Cue the nightmares. 🫣😱😰

Paris is magnifique!! Visit was timed perfectly. No bedbugs and we missed the bomb threats at the Louvre & Versailles, by a day. Got the last train to Nice before another bomb threat temp closed our train station. Awesome 1st week in France!

Sad news. Council Member Davis was a dedicated public servant that went above and beyond representing his Ward. We had great laughs and some occasional respectful disagreements. It was an honor to work with him and I will miss him.
