One of the most useful skills I developed as a coach is the ability to optimally run group training sessions, from 5 to 40 athletes of all ages. Life is way easier knowing you can create systems that fit your environment and command a room. Make the most of field experiences!!

Thank you East Coast Pro and Area Code Baseball for a great experience. First week at East Coast Pro was 91-94 T95 through 2IP with a low 80s SL and upper 80s SPLT. Second week at Area Codes was 90-93 T94 through 3IP with much better feel and command with all pitches+sink.

The best feeling is when you’re so tired that the best ideas come to mind. Exhaustion tells the brain to only focus on one thing and one thing only. In turn, priorities become heightened📈
