Going back and catching up on some draft stuff. Thrilled that the Royals took Peyton Wilson in the second round. Loved the guy in my look - good bat-to-ball skills. When I think of a Royals type prospect - this is the guy

Ahem. Wilmington seasons mean almost nothing. Tangentially related - I have given up on Mariel Bautista, but that was painful conclusion to reach.

Since I broke my Twitter seal I want to say sorry to everyone. There has been a lot going on with my family and I haven’t been to a game in over a month. There is light at the end of the tunnel and I’m incredibly excited to get back to it. I’ll have prospect words soon. xoxo

“Sorry for the delay in response”?!?! Allegiant Air it’s been six weeks since my initial email and you still didn’t respond to any of the questions I asked. When I call I get a busy signal. Your chat agents are never available. What can I do?

Last night my son quit his high school baseball team, today MLB games were canceled, and I feel badly for being upset about those two things when there is so much else to be upset about.

The past six months has been the busiest period of my life and I really didn’t keep up with baseball transactions like I have in the past. I’m having a lot of “HE PLAYS FOR THEM?!” moments.

A couple years back I applied for an pro scouting job with a team and they later sent me a questionnaire and asked if I had Nick Allen and Sheldon Neuse in my org and had to trade one, who would it be and why? Time to find out if I was right! Maybe they’ll call in a couple weeks.

When my son moved in with me full-time, he brought this cat. His feet ALWAYS smell like urine. Should I call him Moises or Alou? His given name is Frey D’naught, or Frey D. Cat.

Dayton offers a great fan experience, but I’m not sure there is a worse park to evaluate talent. It’s ALWAYS full, the aisle is directly in line with home plate, so the line of sight is obstructed a lot. I bet I’ve stood up 20 times today. No better fan experience in MiLB though.
