I’m hiring our first Marketing & Events Lead at BusRight. We’ve grown revenue 2x+ YoY for the last 4 years, all without a formal marketing function. Now we’re ready to put fuel on the fire. The role is based in our NYC office. Interested in learning more? Feel free to DM me.

We’re hiring a Senior Events Coordinator to bring our value of magical hospitality nationwide. There’s no substitute for sharing a meal with a customer, showing up at a bus garage at 6 a.m., or hosting unforgettable events that foster deep connection. apply.workable.com/busright/j/0C9…

"It would NOT be a waste of money but an absolute GOD's answer to prayers for EVERYONE involved!" One of our team members came across this thread in their local parent Facebook group, where a bus driver shared their reaction to the district’s decision to purchase BusRight.

"I'm glad that we as a district made this investment... It's one of the best investments we've made." - Tiffany S., Superintendent of Buna ISD kfdm.com/news/local/app…

Jumped on a video call with Brad, a BusRight customer, and he added the BusRight logo to his Zoom background. I can't imagine being so excited about one of our technology vendors that I'd want to add their logo to my Zoom background indefinitely...

I’m #hiring BusRight’s first Head of Marketing! We’ve more than doubled revenue YoY for the last several years, largely through referrals, and now we’re ready to scale. apply.workable.com/busright/j/6DA…

After interviewing 400+ candidates, reviewing thousands of resumes since starting BusRight, and reading the book, Who, I wanted to share a few takeaways in this article: Who, Not What - BusRight's New Approach to Hiring linkedin.com/pulse/who-what…

Imagine you’re a new school bus driver, 3 hrs from home, 50 kids onboard, pitch black outside, tornado warnings flashing, 90 mph winds. Stories like this remind us why we build BusRight: to bring order & peace of mind to a system families count on every day.

We launched a new driver app update last week that caused an issue affecting customers like Ben. Emails like his are a powerful reminder: when building mission-critical tech, reliability isn’t optional. Grateful for partners like Ben who hold us to a high standard.

In a time where AI dominates the headlines, we’re doubling down on technology that brings people together, restores trust in one of our most foundational institutions, and creates peace of mind for families managing more than ever.

Grew up listening to Freakonomics, so joining the podcast to talk student transportation was a surreal full circle moment. Grateful to share the mic with friends like Marc Medina as we highlight challenges facing K-12 education and the broader economy. freakonomics.com/podcast/school…

Google was down the other week, and it took BusRight with it for a short while. Chris, one of our partners in Maine, said that he would rather Gmail and all other Google services go down before BusRight. That’s what mission-critical software looks like.

One of our customers said, “BusRight is better than a margarita on a beach on a sunny day.” To thank the student transportation leaders who show up every day, we sent 2 Ohio transportation leaders on a fully paid trip to Hawaii. Small gestures for the heroes behind the wheel.

I’ve learned a lot from transportation leaders across the country, but Wyoming folks are in a league of their own. They’re routing buses through mountain passes, whiteout conditions, and 20 ft snow banks. And they do it with grit, grace, and a deep commitment to their students.

One of the most fulfilling aspects of building BusRight is getting to the point where I can scale myself out of a role and bring in people who are true experts in their craft. Excited to share that our next key hire is a CFO 📈 bit.ly/BusRightCFO

Proud to be part of the Long Journey portfolio, partnering with Lee Jacobs, Arielle "AZ" Zuckerberg, Cyan Banister, and the team to champion companies that are “magically weird” while tackling the world’s most critical problems.

We’re building technology for a world where safety, transparency, and efficiency aren’t luxuries. They’re expected. Grateful to connect with the leaders shaping that future on the ground in Fort Worth. And yes, somehow it included a mechanical bull and leis. Only in Texas.
