We can say we're "fine" all we want, but if we're not actually "fine" (ie. if we feel sad, angry, ashamed, guilty, anxious, worried, etc.), our body remembers and holds onto it until we face it, acknowledge it, deal with it and release it. Please do, sooner than later.
Your soul knows. It tells you when its time to distance yourself from the people who no longer align with you mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically.
Date somebody who handles conflict with maturity. You both are grown, you have to learn to communicate & come up with a plan on how to fix the situation. ๐โพ๏ธ
Crazy how peaceful life becomes when you stop arguing with those who fight their inner war through you, stop explaining yourself to those who are committed to misunderstanding you, stop shining your light on those who keep you in the dark, & stop expecting you from other people.
