Our South Midlands region have completed contracts with Homes England for a development at #Northstowe in #Cambridgeshire that will deliver 300 new homes, consisting of one and two-bedroom apartments, two, three and four-bedroom homes with a full mix of different tenures.

We recently completed a project to renovate an empty shop for S2 Food Bank in #Sheffield to house their ‘Food Shop’. The new building gives space for residents to shop and the new clean kitchen area will be used to demonstrate meal preparation and ways to save money on food.

During #NationalCareersWeek we attended West Lancashire College Careers and Progression Fair, the Construction Careers Fair held at Northumberland College Ashington Campus and in Scotland, we participated in the annual St. Roch’s High School Senior Phase Careers Day event.

Our West Midlands region are delighted to announce exchange of contracts with Homes England on a development at Beaconside Stafford. This flagship, design led scheme will comprise 420 new homes, with a planning application to be submitted shortly to Stafford Borough Council.

We recently attended a tree planting day with Sheaf Training in Sheffield, where 400 young trees were planted adjacent to Roe Wood. The trees were planted by staff from Keepmoat, Sheaf Training and the River Trust along the 'bat corridor' between the two woods.

Our Yorkshire West region have opened their brand-new sales office and two new showhomes at The Orchards, Soothill. This development will be delivering 319 new homes with 20% allocated as Affordable Housing. The opening ceremony was attended by Councillor Graham Turner.

We delighted that Mark Burley, Social Value & Partnerships Manager in our Yorkshire East region has been awarded with a High Sheriffs Award. The award is in recognition of Mark’s considerable support of local communities, his dedication and selfless work to help the vulnerable.

Keepmoat North West have sponsored Circus Starr and several of their shows across the North West for the fourth year running. Circus Starr host animal-free family shows in a beautiful tent outside for children with additional needs or families in difficult circumstances.
