We've made a small but mighty change to how you see us on social media and here on Twitter. We're thankful to our clients for helping grow the #LaborIQ platform, and it's the brand you'll see front and center as we grow! #compensation #jobs

This does not look like a labor market entering a recession. With 261K jobs added in October, the labor market keeps rolling. LaborIQ forecasts that wage growth will moderate substantially in 2023, with annual growth below 2.5%. But the job market will remain competitive.

#inflation has ticked down some, but prices for key goods have risen more than #wages. #Hiring and retaining talent will be critical to business growth in 2023. The right compensation is key. Using historical salary surveys to determine comp just cannot compete in today’s market

#USVsEngland #WorldCup tomorrow. My prediction: US 2 Eng 1. Hoping for better officiating than last US game. We should easily beat old/wrinkly Brits. #FIFAWorldCup #USA

Add California to the list of states with new #paytransparency legislation. With these new laws, #HR execs need to track salary data more rigorously than ever before. How does pay transparency impact #hiring across the U.S.? ➡ bit.ly/LaborIQ_News

#USAvNED #WorldCup For too many years, Europe and S American countries dominated #football. Enough is enough!! This is the year for the US to take it all. We will win today and beat one of the Asian countries to take it all. #US 2 #NED 0 Let’s go!!

Bad #US performance today. Early, down one goal, we were playing a slow game, like we were ahead!! No urgency!! Best team won. Supporting underdog: Go Australia!!

bls.gov/news.release/c… Expect pause in rate hike tomorrow (June 14th, 2023). But hawkish communication about the future rate hike will continue from the Fed. As I previously communicated, since this is seasonally growth months for #housing, shelter inflation was high. #laboriq

Education & health services saw a one-month job gain of 100K, with healthcare and social assistance seeing a gain of 87K. Leisure & hospitality, construction, and financial activities also saw job growth. Transportation & warehousing did not, with a loss of 8,400.

Check out my take on #singlefamily market in major #TX metros. #Jobs and new supply are highly correlated to home price growth. Expect demand to soften through this year with continued deceleration in #homeprice growth. linkedin.com/posts/kc-sanja…

federalreserve.gov/monetarypolicy… Fed’s Beige book is out. Labor market will slow rest of the year. #Wage and #inflation is expected to decrease but production cost to go up. This means businesses will have hard time passing cost as consumers have exhausted savings. #useconomy #laboriq
