Social Justice Secretary Shona Robison MSP has restated the Scottish Government’s opposition to proposed reforms to the UK Human Rights Act. Addressing a Human Rights Consortium Scotland conference, she said the UK Government Bill of Rights Bill was a threat to the UK's prosperity, safety and security.
