On Christmas Day, NHS staff will serve around 100,000 Christmas dinners in hospitals nationwide. That includes Chef Sami and his team at Imperial NHS 💙, who will be plating up for patients and staff. Thank you to NHS catering teams for all you do, especially at Christmas. 💙
