It’s been a busy week! Monday - OT and Family Therapy Tuesday - Housework and Shopping Wednesday - Physical Monitoring, Dietetics and Psychology (CAT) Thursday - Housework and visiting family All whilst trying to keep myself on track with recovery! #EatingDisorderRecovery

Zeus is just over 9 months old and is one of the best supports I have on my life!!

I no longer have a job. My contract has been terminated because I’ve been off work for so long unwell and because my doctors can’t give a reasonable time frame for when I’ll be well enough to return to work. #EatingDisorderRecovery

I’m looking into other ways of utilising my funding and have come across forest bathing. I’m thinking of joining a guided session next month at Trebah Garden #RewildYourSenses

I saw my dietitian this afternoon. We have set some small challenges to help me pick up the pace a bit. Coming from an inpatient to outpatient setting is always going to affect what someone can tolerate, but I have to do the work to build my tolerance back up!

My appointment with my psychologist was cancelled as he is unwell.

I had physical monitoring this morning - bloods, bp and weight. My favourite day of the week 😳

My body is my home. Its purpose is to protect my organs, keep me alive, and carry me through life—not to be shrunk into nothingness. It's my job to take care of it, not to destroy it.

I love that my cat chooses to sleep with me every night, but wow does he snore!

I saw my occupational therapist and family therapist on Monday (Abs came along to family therapy - yay). I had physical monitoring yesterday morning, I saw my dietitian yesterday afternoon, and I’m seeing my psychologist this afternoon. Busy week. #EDRecovery

We are going to visit our puppy on Tuesday! A Golden Retriever!!
