Again... INVEST IN PHOTOGRAPHERS I can go on for hours about why photographers and photography archives are extremely important for programs, teams and athletic departments. Since going on my own I've run into massive hurdles in accessing historical imagery from major teams.

While we are here, pay creatives their value. Stop lowballing creatives and demanding more from them than their salary warrants. Going to lean on them that heavily? Then compensate fairly.

And I'm talking all creatives. Photo, video, design...social media. All of them. They are needed for almost everything. Treat them that way.
