We launched 24/7 chat support service today (emails and phones were already 24/7) and then spent half the day with Austin engineering leads taking customer chats. Always lovely to watch engineers explaining to customers it's not a bug, it's a feature!

Wise me this email this morning telling them they're gonna give me back some money. Now that's when messaging + product + marketing works well in tandem. This is a prime example of how great fintech never loses their customer focus, despite their late growth stage. Something

Invoicing on Wise Account is a cool new feature to save money for businesses selling internationally. But I would try it out because Akshay Menon was so thrilled shipping it.

Really heartwarming, when your product features start a life of their own. I didn't expect recurring payments on @wise to become the new birthday reminder. By Irina Zama

i love Wise - the time it takes for my $ to be transferred from my Aussie bank to my Malaysian bank, get this, is FASTER than the time it takes for the NOTIFICATION of a pending transfer to come through. The money is sent in SECONDS. 👏🏻

Someone told me the prime target for this scam is a gullible American tourist in Europe. I thought it's too cliché to be true, but can't think of another reason why USD is one of the currencies. Ryanair doesn't fly to the US.

Just used Wise for the first time (🇺🇸->🇵🇹🇪🇺) and, good grief, that might be the best user experience I have ever encountered with a financial service. I am just sitting here, stunned. Whoa.

Now you can change the look of your @wise digital cards. And the changes trickle down to Google/Apple pay. Sweet, I went with the green!

Kui 2016 Tõnu Pekk ümbrikuserval näitas, kuidas pangad küüniliselt mitu protsenti igal aastal kõikide eestlaste pensionitest endale võtavad ning pakkus "sõbrad, paneks miinimumkapitali kokku ja teeks ise paremini", siis ei osanud oodata päeva mil €1 miljard pensioneid koos on.

Why does a money transfer from a US bank account to an EU bank account using Wise take 3 seconds, while a regular wire between two US banks can take hours? Anyone?

I'm slowly investing in the SP500 ($5K/week) But I don't want to all in because: 1. I'll freak out if it crashes 2. I want to have some leftovers to buy the dip Meanwhile, the money is sitting on Wise and I use their Interest feature. It pays 3.91% (after the fee). The money

Hey founders and builders of Budapest 🇭🇺 I'm at the Startup Hungary session on Monday, hustle them for a ticket. We've already built a big part of Wise apps out of Bud, you definitely can build awesome product out of Hungary.
