chat i genuinely hate vomiting so much so i just deal with the weight gain and then exercise/fast which triggers another binge so its just endless cycle🤣🤣🤣🤣
lotta people don’t realize it even on edtwt but people with BED often share a lot of thoughts and emotional symptoms with ana/mia. it’s not just shamelessly being a pig
my tips:
1. replace one crazy binge meal with a healthy one & really pay attention & feel the difference of how they make you feel
2. pay attention to binge bloating !! not just your stomach but your wrists, collarbone area, your face. it gets me every time.
3. sometimes fast-
