Across our Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust sites the NHS flag is flying to mark NHS Day. The NHS was formed 77 years ago today.

Quick trip to the Kent County Show to meet medical providers and review good medical response on site. One of the big draws amongst children was the giant tortoises! Impressed by the “tag a tot” scheme being run by security to help keep children safe if they get lost.

Our local noisy woodpecker is having a clearing up insects in the garden!

The London Bombs are rightly remembered along with the bravery & compassion of those who were involved. We shouldn’t forget how many are still affected even today. Thoughts are with them.
