Happy to share our latest work! In another really fun collaboration with the Clubb group, we used simulations, Markov modeling, and measurements of heme transfer kinetics to show how inter-domain dynamics control heme extraction in S. aureus' IsdH protein. Nice work by all!

Happy to share our new preprint! We looked at the dynamics of the ENL YEATS domain, and showed how mutations affect its binding and selectivity for different histone acetylation marks. Nice work by Lokesh Baweja!
