Beyond livid! CDOT just completed the Grand Ave bike lane and low and behold, Water Management decides to start ripping up the brand-new bike lanes and street! Never mind the fact that the surface was exposed for 3 months before being resurfaced. Incompetence on full display

This is the same apartment building where tenants organized a union earlier this year to pressure their property manager, Trigild, to fix dangerous conditions. illinoisanswers.org/2023/09/18/chi… The building has been owned by a court-appointed receiver since late 2022.
