In 2022, the PA Sup. Court held the dating requirement was mandatory. A majority of justices said so in 2020, just that the requirement wouldn't apply for that election. A panel of Dem-appointed 3rd Circuit Court judges rejected a federal challenge. Yet SCOTUS is to blame?

Dave McCormick leads by 41,472 votes . There’s only ~30k ballots in Philly and Allegheny left. If we assume the provisionals from the other 65 are a wash (they won’t, much more likely to net Dave votes) then Casey needs 41k votes out of 30k available. It’s still over.

This is pathetic. No revisionist history. The law was clear at the time of the election. Shapiro as former AG knew better and Commissioner Schmidt's mealy mouthed statement over the weekend that county boards should "consult their solicitor" wasn't much better.

Great, detailed look at what RITE did leading up to the 2024 election, fighting “repeated legal battles to protect the voting processes from left-wing attorneys leveraging the courts to strip election safeguards.” From Fox News: foxnews.com/politics/selli…

Three Pa. Dems near Philly used residents' personal info to change their voter registration info, request mail ballots, and cast bogus votes in their name in a failed bid to steal a mayoral election, according to an indictment obtained by National Review nationalreview.com/news/pennsylva…

Clark County had 140 ballot drop off locations in the last election, but somehow more drop boxes will speed up ballot counting. LLO, sure.

Chris Carr and I explain how Nevada can fix its elections. It's not hard to enhance security, get quicker results, and save taxpayer dollars, all while keeping voting easy.

Huge victory in federal court in Maryland - residents can now access information on whether the state is doing anything to remove non-residents, the deceased, and duplicate registrations from the voter rolls. A win for transparency & election integrity. riteusa.org/rite-wins-majo…

A win for election integrity in ARIZONA. The AZ Court of Appeals unanimously agreed with RITE PAC that state officials cannot unilaterally impose unlawful election rules that undermine public confidence in elections. The Secretary of State believed he was not bound by the law.

Big win for election integrity in Georgia, as RITE PAC got a challenge to the state's absentee ballot application deadline dismissed. Liberal activists tried to undermine commonsense safeguards but this ruling prevents last-minute chaos. The legislature should set the rules.

Just asking for common sense in PA. RITE has filed for summary judgment in a case asking to strike down a directive to election officials that they register voters even when the info provided does not match info found in government databases. Motion: riteusa.org/wp-content/upl…

Liberal activists often use deceptive summaries and titles to try to trick people about the true effect of ballot initiatives, including ones that weaken election integrity. RITE has filed a brief with SCOTUS supporting Ohio’s law requiring fair and truthful summaries.

Election officials can outsource the task but not the ultimate responsibility. The mistake is on them even if the vendor screwed up. These types of problems are all too pervasive in Pennsylvania election administration.
