Nabil Brent Remadna KXAN Imprisonment requires conviction. The broken link in our criminal justice system right now are rogue DAs who refuse to prosecute. The narrative shift is certainly helping, thanks to people like Austin Justice, but until we have a real DA in Austin, expect more of the same.
