Kenner, LA: In Rep. Villio's (D-79) 61% of voters rejected the proposal she championed, to allow more kids to be charged as adults and face lengthy adult punishments. Amendment 3 lost in 24 of 25 precincts. Some legislators are out of touch with their own districts. #lalege
