We took part in #ICURehabDay24 ICUsteps #ICURehabChampionships Patient events: Triathlon(sit on edge of bed, mobilise, wash face & brush teeth), seated cycling & balloon tennis.  Colleagues were the opposition in balloon tennis & tracked steps for gold in the 10,000m. Fun 4 all!
