"A huge part of what I'm doing is supporting those individuals to thrive and enjoy their lives." A veteran army nurse from Salisbury has been chosen to be part of the Help for Heroes delegation marching past the Cenotaph in London on Remembrance Sunday.

Lovely flight from Iceland to London Heathrow last night British Airways. The staff went over and above, particular mention to Katherine Finch the inflight manager Gavin Molloy .
Thanks Air Canada for letting my womb goblin meet his heroes! He absolutely loved being allowed in the cockpit when we landed Toronto Pearson airport. Incredible landing even with the cross wind! #legends #bigdreams
Really disappointed with Air Canada on our flight to Toronto from Costa Rica. Rude staff, having to pay $3.95 for earphones and they didn’t have enough complimentary snacks for everyone. An international airline making $$$$! Let’s hope our flight back to the UK is better!
Incredible service from British Airways on our flight to Larnaca from Heathrow. Our friend has never flown BA.. but is a total concert! The staff Cynthia and Evie went over and above to give us incredible service and make the flight enjoyable Gavin Molloy
The event at Horse Guards for @veday80 was absolutely incredible. It was a huge honour to be there representing the QARANC Assn Official. So proud of all the incredible veterans who shared their stories ❤️🤍💙. So lovely to see The Royal Family too.
