Today we ran #raceforlife for my incredible friend who was diagnosed with breast cancer at 32 💕 she ran with us and we were with her every step of the way, just like her treatment journey 💕

As a military family we work very hard to pay for our children to have stability and go to a private school. Our son has SEN and we sacrifice in order to choose this education. I have read so many awful, hateful comments from people who don’t understand the facts.

As we head towards Remembrance weekend, please remember to be kind. If you see a women wearing medals on her left- don’t ask her if they are hers, don’t question her integrity. Those medals are hers and like many others she will be proud to wear them #Remembrance #wornwithpride

Really disappointed with Air Canada on our flight to Toronto from Costa Rica. Rude staff, having to pay $3.95 for earphones and they didn’t have enough complimentary snacks for everyone. An international airline making $$$$! Let’s hope our flight back to the UK is better!
