I know it is easy watching on TV. I have to say whilst Oliver was in a terrific position to say NO penalty kick the VAR has got it wrong agreeing with him. Deliberate handball and City should have had PK and Liverpool goal ruled out

How will I explain to my kids that 1st one was a penalty and 2nd not
