Adding sliders to crawling exercises increases the demand for core stability. Performing crawls in reverse requires extra scapular control (and serratus anterior activation). ✔️Push the ground away with hands ✔️Don’t let hips shift side to side ⬅️ Bear Crawls & Seal Walks ➡️

💡Bracing doesn’t just prevent movement, it also permits it. I like to superset Pallof variations (like this one) with main strength exercises: ✅Reinforces awareness of setting posture ✅Doesn’t add any systemic fatigue Half-kneeling Pallof press to rotation ⬇️
