The guy installing my Internet seems bewildered that I’d rather have an ethernet cable running from the modem to my computer. It’s weird to me running a desktop system on WiFi. I came up in a time when that wasn’t really a thing and frankly, I don’t care for it.

"I'll just spend a couple weeks writing a little IPAM tool on the side. Maybe make it open source." That was ten years ago. We launched NetBox Labs just over two years ago and it's already grown bigger than anything I imagined. I'm truly humbled by everything our team has built.

Remember like 20 years ago when you had to jump through all sorts of hoops to install an OS on brand new hardware? Crazy times. Anyway here's my new USB Ethernet dongle because Ubuntu/Mint doesn't yet ship a kernel that supports the wifi chipset in my new laptop.
