I just ran across this, there are VC's asking companies to pay them to pitch. That can't be real, but it is. I can't even wrap my head around that.

“If a digital twin is ‘over the head’ of the operators, sellers, users … of buildings, who will use them? Who will keep them up to date.” THAT is the right question

I am evaluating the application of generative AI to business problems (beyond chat). The best applications exist where the problem is too complicated for humans.
