people ignorant of Christianity say “isn’t your God about love? shouldn’t you look past everything else & choose to love someone like your God does?” yes, God is love. He’s also radically sinless. He CANNOT tolerate it. He allowed His SON to die in order that we be saved.

He dealt with that pain so we didn’t have to. Choosing a lifestyle opposite the gospel is a personal choice that comes with consequences. You’re eternally separated from God, and while Christians can certainly befriend any, be careful about who you give your heart access to.

My point: Any saying “God loves you and made you feel exactly how you do and you don’t need to change at all!” are completely ignorant of Who God is and how much He hates sin. He loves you, yes. That’s why He provided HIS SON to give it to you. He let His Son die. For you.
