Today the South Panola FFA officers went to Batesville Elementary school to read agriculture theme books to kindergarten and 1st grade classrooms. The officers also explained to the students the importance of agriculture and the purpose of the FFA.

Today in Ag class we learned how to transplant tomato plants!

HUGE SHOUTOUT to all of the Ag Teachers that are keeping things running by themselves without students for their students! Live animals on school campuses, greenhouses full of plants, animals in labor, meats labs, & bees moving in can’t simply be cancelled. Keep on being awesome

When your former student that’s a state trooper say he’s going to stop by school you make time for him. This guy started as skinny 7th grade FFA member that could and would do anything asked of him. It was good talking about marriage, work, kids, and all the good times.

I love that our school let teachers go out a deliver graduation signs to our seniors. I drove from Batesville to Crowder and then finally Pope. It was worth the hour and half drive to see the smiles on their faces.

The South Panola Ag Program was recognized by iCEV for our students obtaining industry certifications in the areas of Flora Design and Small Engines during the 2021-2022 school year. #SPFFA
