Every non-profit deserves at least 18 months of notice from a donor that stops funding. You can't recruit talent and plan ahead without it. I am a proud and loyal Open Society Foundations alumnus, but Alex Soros & Mark Malloch-Brown need to be better, less disruptive partners.
