Just think, she was sitting in a prison cell serving God-expected to die there. God used a team to work together and used President Donald J. Trump President Trump to free her. After all of that, put Alice Marie Johnson right beside him to help decide who else he should help. Only God!

Was great speaking at Correctional Leaders Assn ‘s Deputy Directors Conference! It’s always encouraging meeting correctional leaders that are investing in themselves so they can develop tomorrow’s leaders. Exceptional leadership creates prison environments that are better for everyone

Last year I bought a Starlink. Not because I needed it, but because Elon Musk did so much for NC, Ukraine, LA and others and I wanted to help support that (plus ensure I always had internet in emergency) . I don’t want an electric car, but I’m going to Tesla to look at them.

Corrections used to be all about warehousing inmates and “getting through the day.” Now, Missouri is transforming toward a more sustainable, rehabilitative, and positive culture #corrections #transformation

96% of incarcerated people will return to our communities. “We can protect public safety after release—if we release a better product.” — Trevor Foley, MO DOC Director If we’re not investing in who they become inside, we’re all living with the consequences outside. #Corrections

Was great hearing your message Robert F. Kennedy Jr ! Looking forward to working together Federal Bureau of Prisons to make it safer for our staff, healthier for our inmates, and cutting our costs of healthcare to taxpayers

“People were exhausted. 60-hour weeks. But they thanked us for letting someone go.” Sometimes the right move isn’t adding more bodies—it’s removing the wrong ones. #correctionsleadership #workplaceculture #prisonlifemedia #fourthpurpose

A powerful conversation today between BOP Deputy Director Smith and Dept. of Agriculture Secretary Brooke Rollins! Together, they explored innovative ways to bring healthier, more sustainable food options to federal prisons. Collaboration for wellness and rehabilitation starts here. 🤝
